I went for happy hour today and had the most amazing service I’ve had in a long time! My server was Dom, he was so polite and efficient ! When we ordered he was already prepared knowing we would want happy hour and knowing the specials. He brought all refills on drinks and food quickly without forgetting anything ! He even brought me the next refill of my soup without me needing to bring his attention! When we finished he brought us the boxes and cleared the plates then took our dessert order, after we finished and plates were cleared he brought the check. Definitely will be back!

We have been to all the bjs in las vegas nv. The charleston one is by far the best. We had Mark C as our server and he was hands down one of the best serves we have had during our visits to bjs. I highly recommend you come tonthis location and ask for mark

There was good service and drinks. I tried the Protein Bowl with blacken chicken, and a family member had it with shrimp. Both were good, and there was a lot of food. Food and drinks came out fairly quickly.

Jordan was our server , she was smart , friendly & very knowledgeable about the house brews and cocktails. Her recommendations were spot on. The food was so delicious , and the drinks very flavorful. We most definitely will be back to this location. We usually use the location on South Rainbow. But because of Jordan , we'll drive a little further and done on West Charleston. The evening was a true delight.

My boyfriend and I come to BJ’s every Sunday, and we always look forward to seeing Brandi. She is, without a doubt, the heart of our experience every week. She’s the kind of server who makes you feel like more than just another table—she remembers our orders, checks in at just the right times, and is genuinely kind every time we see her. Her service is always thoughtful, and she never misses a detail. You can tell she cares about her work and about people, and that’s what makes the experience so special. We always leave feeling taken care of and in a better mood. She’s a true gem, and a big reason why BJ’s has become part of our Sunday routine. We also want to give a shoutout to CT, who is an exceptional bartender and always delivers drinks with both precision and personality. His energy behind the bar, combined with Brandi’s care and professionalism, creates the perfect team dynamic that makes the experience so enjoyable. You can count on them to keep the bar running smoothly. And of course, we can’t leave out the food and drinks that keep us coming back! The Big Twist Pretzel is always a must to start, and the Build Your Own Tavern-Cut Pizza never disappoints. We love ending our meal with the Strawberry Shortcake Pizookie. The margaritas are perfectly balanced, the prickly pear lemonade is so refreshing, and the hard root beer is a sweet treat we look forward to. BJ’s does a great job at combining comfort, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere that we truly appreciate.

Service was phenomenal! Had a lovely cocktail that was just right. I believe it was a Strawberry Lemon Drop? I also had a Ribeye with Garlic Butter and Roasted Asparagus with the Couscous Bacon and Cheese. Absolutely delicious. There are lots of menu options with not only insane variety but amazing quality! I highly recommend this place! I been to another on Rainbow and they are of equal quality!
